Welcome to cyberhandbookx. These terms govern access to and use of our practical training sessions, digital guides, and merchandise related to Team cyber basics made practical. By enrolling, downloading, or purchasing, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Services

2.1 Practical Training Sessions

We offer in-person and virtual sessions designed to make foundational cyber skills actionable. Session enrollment confirms your spot and grants access to all included materials.

2.2 Session Scheduling

Sessions are held at Kultur- und Kongresszentrum Luzern, Europaplatz 1, 6002 Lucerne, Switzerland. Detailed schedules are provided upon registration.

3. Information Products

Our digital guides and resources provide step-by-step instructions for core cyber basics. Upon purchase, you receive a secure link for immediate download.

4. Merchandise

We offer branded apparel, tech accessories, and printed manuals. All items are subject to availability. Provided images are for illustration; actual products may vary.

5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

5.1 Services

Cancellations made more than 14 days before a scheduled session qualify for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the session are nonrefundable due to limited seating and preparation requirements. You may request to reschedule up to 7 days before the session, subject to availability.

5.2 Information Products

Digital guides are eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase if the download link remains unused. Once a guide is accessed, it is nonrefundable. Approved reimbursements are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5.3 Merchandise

Merchandise purchases may be reimbursed within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. You are responsible for shipping returned items back to our facility. Once received and inspected, reimbursements are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
